But, I am having trouble understanding exactly how you reached an OOP of $4:

You posted:
Scenario #1 - Small Moneymaker
What to Buy:
2 CoverGirl Face Products around $10 each
2 Biore Cleansers - $10.00
2 Biore Pore Strips - $10.00

Coupons to Use:
Use $5.00 off $25.00 Rite Aid printable coupon
Use 2 coupons for FREE cleanser when you buy pore strips from 3/7 SmartSource insert
Use 1 Buy 1 - Get 1 FREE CoverGirl coupon from 2/7 P&G insert

Merchandise Value: $25.00
Out-of-Pocket Cost: $4.00 plus tax
Single Check Rebate: $5.00 (Biore)
Savings: 100% plus $1.00 Moneymaker

Also, isn't your merchandise total actually $40? (That would be $10 x 2 for Covergirl and $5 x 4 for Biore.) Even if you use the total after MFR CPNs off you end up with $40 - $10 CG - $10 Biore = $20. With the $5 Rite Aid cpn it makes the total then $15 OOP.

Hope to see an update and thanks again for sharing this!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
