$3 Advil Cold & Sinus at CVS

Today's CVS deal for me is Advil Cold & Sinus. It's our favorite brand of cold medicine, so that sweetens the deal even more. Here's how I'm getting it for $3:

Advil Cold & Sinus $10.00
- $2 off any $10 purchase coupon (here)
- $1 Advil printable coupon (here)
- $2 Advil Cold & Sinus coupon from my last receipt
- $2 ECBs from my last transaction (The cashier forgot to use them, so I'll use them this time.)

That's $3 plus tax OOP. I still have prescription transfer credit on my CVS gift card, so it's $0 OOP for me!

I'll also be using this toward the Advil ECB deal. I just have to figure out how to get the other $5 in Advil items to get the ECBs. Any ideas that are free or almost free?
