I finally stopped by CVS today to take advantage of the Advil Cold & Sinus ECB deal. I had posted earlier in the week that I was going to get 1 box for $3, but I decided to wait and try to get 2 boxes and earn the $5 ECBs.
Here's what I did:
2 Advil Cold & Sinus 40 count - $10 each
$4 off any $20 purchase coupon (from previous receipt)
$1 off Advil Cold & Sinus coupon (here)
$2 off Advil Cold & Sinus coupon (from previous receipt)
$2 ECBs from previous purchase
Total - $11 + tax OOP (gift card)
Earned $5 ECBs

This is a lot off of my gift card, but we buy Advil Cold & Sinus (or the CVS brand) every time we have a cold. So having these two HUGE packs on-hand should take care of the whole winter.
I did a second transaction, because my hubby needed some ThermaCare heat packs. (By the way, the CVS brand is not even close quality-wise!) Here's how that one went:
1 Mt. Dew 12-pack $3
1 3-pack ThermaCare heat wraps $5.49
1 CVS brand soft-pack baby wipes $1.99

$2 off any CVS brand skincare coupon (here)

Total - $1.48 + tax OOP (gift card)
Earned 0 ECBsI wiped out my ECB stash, and I only have 23 cents left on my gift card.... But I've now taken care of my hubby's sore back and my occasional need for caffeine.
