I recently signed up to be a Bzz Agent (HERE). This simply means that I'll be able to try out new products and then give my honest feedback on them. I'll be sharing my opinion of the products with my friends and family.... and here.
The first item I received from Bzz was Glade's new Sense & Spray air freshener system. I have NEVER found an air freshener (plug-in, spray, etc.) that my asthma can handle. The scents are always so strong that they are just overpowering. They always irritate my breating, and I end up giving them away to someone who can use them.
Not this time!
I absolutely love my Sense & Spray! It only releases fragrance when someone is in the room. It has a motion sensor built into it, so it knows not to release fragrance when the room is empty. That means that you don't walk into a room that's full of enough fragrance to make your eyes water. It's just enough, and it's only when you're in the room. Plus, once it releases fragrance, it places itself on hold for 30 minutes.
I am planning to swing by CVS tomorrow, because they have these Sense & Spray units on sale for $5.99 with $1 ECB. I have some $4 off coupons that came with the Bzz kit, but there were coupons in last Sunday's newspaper inserts too. I'm going to share one of these units with my mom so that she can enjoy it too!

I got a Sense and Spray for free at Wags back on March 13th. I put it in our bathroom. Less than a month later, it is already out! Now, there are 4 people in my house and only one bathroom, and I stay at home and homeschool my 9 year old son. So I guess our bathroom is a busy place!
That said, I got one at CVS for my dad. We are going to see my parents Easter weekend. This is the kind of thing my dad will get a kick out of (he will like the motion detector)! It will probably last longer for them, since just my mom and dad live at their house.
I have ours in the kitchen rather than the bathroom. I think it would be going off more often if it was in the bathroom. We're in and out of the kitchen, so we'll see how it does. I've only had it working for a few days. I would be afraid that it would be too strong of a scent in a smaller room like a bathroom. Maybe not for most people, but I have to be careful with the breathing issues. I'll be interested to see how my mom likes it. I'll have to post an update on her feedback too!
