Giveaway: Fiber One Gift Pack

Have you tried Fiber One yogurt yet? My husband has slightly high cholesterol, and we decided to tackle it through diet changes rather than medicine, and the dietitian we met with let us know that fiber is key. That means we've become VERY familiar with the Fiber One line of products. So I was thrilled when My Blog Spark asked us to review the Fiber One yogurt.

We tried Key Lime Pie, and it was definitely good! There are only 50 calories and a surprising 5 grams of fiber in each little cup too, so that's especially good for my husband. They're also Hungry Girl Approved as you can see from this video.

If you'd like to try Fiber One yogurt, here's your chance to try it FREE. I have a Fiber One gift pack to give away. It includes a coupon for a free pack of Fiber One yogurt, an insulated lunch bag, a divided plate (perfect for packing lunches), heavy duty plastic silverware, and a 24 ounce cup with a lid. The cup is great for measuring how much water you're drinking.

There are five ways to enter:

  • Leave a comment telling me your favorite way to get more fiber into your diet. Be sure to leave your email address or link to your Blogger profile (if it's public) so that I can contact you if you win.

  • Become a follower of this blog. You can follow by adding this site to your Google Reading list, or you can click the Follow button on the right side of this page. Once you sign up, leave a comment alerting me that you are following. Already a follower? Just leave me a comment letting me know.

  • Subscribe to this blog's daily email update. This gets you a single daily update email at the end of each day. If there are any posts at all, you get one email with all of them. If there aren't any posts, then you don't get an email. I promise to never give your email address to ANYONE else, and I don't email my list anything but the daily updates. If you already subscribe, leave a comment letting me know. If you sign up to subscribe, leave a comment letting me know.

  • Post this giveaway on your blog. If you do a post, leave a link directly to the post in the comments section here.

  • Place my button on your blog site. The code is directly below the button on the left side of this page. If you do this, leave a comment letting me know. Include your blog site address so that I can check it out! If you already have my button on your blog, leave me a link. I'll stop by to say hello.

If you're entering more than once, please leave separate comments letting me know what you did. If you do four different things to enter but only leave one comment, you only end up with one entry. Instead, leave a comment for each method of entry that you use.

The winner will be chosen randomly on Saturday, September 12 at 9:00 p.m. EST. Good luck!

Oatmeal for breakfast with splenda plus fiber is great way to start my day with tons of fiber! Each pack has a gram of fiber to mention the fiber already in oatmeal! We also sweeten strawberries and my morning coffee too! If I eat the oatmeal, strawberries, and a cup of coffee first thing in the morning I already get almost 1/2 of my daily needs! It's awesome!

I have been eating Raisin bran regularly since 1982 and I now have my 1 year old hooked on it.

My most secret way to get fiber into my family's diet is to sprinkle fibersure on EVERYTHING I cook. At first, my kids were running to the toilet not knowing what on earth was happening. I had to cut the dose. Evidenty, their system is not as mucky as mine is :-)

I have been adding Metamucil powder to me and my Husband's water bottle. We each take a 64oz Polycarbonate Water Jug to work each day because our department does not provide filtered water. This saves us money, the environment, and our health!
