CVS Trip - 67% Savings

Merchandise Total Value: $29.49
Out-of-Pocket: $19.23 plus tax
ECBs Earned: $9.99
Net Cost: $9.24
Savings: $20.25 (67%)

I decided to go to CVS tonight so that I could take advantage of the Glade Reed Diffuser deal that starts tomorrow. Past experience has shown me that our CVS store (a very small store) is usually out of the free-after-ECB items pretty early in the week, and I didn't want to have to do a raincheck.

While I'm starting to feel better, I didn't have it in me to break this all into separate transactions to save a few bucks. So my out-of-pocket is higher than it could have been.

What I Bought:
4 12-packs Coke products - $13.00
1 Glade Scented Oil Reed Diffuser - $6.99
1 Thermacare Heat Wraps - $6.99
3 Lifesaver Pep-0-Mints - $4.50
5 Trident Layers Gum - $5.00

Coupons Used:
-$3.50 Glade Diffuser printable coupon (no longer available)
You can use the $2.00 off printable coupon HERE instead
-$2.00 Thermacare coupon from 9/27 Red Plum insert
-$1.00 off x 3 Lifesavers coupons from previous packages
-$.75 off x 5 Trident printable coupons HERE
-$5.00 ECBs from last week

Out-of-Pocket Cost: $19.23 plus tax
ECBs Earned: $9.99 (Coke, Glade)
Net Cost: $9.24
Savings: $20.25 (67%)
