New $5 off $30 CVS Coupon


Right now you can take a short quiz about Medicare Part D and earn a coupon good for $5 off any $30 CVS purchase. Head over HERE to answer the questions. You'll be able to print your coupon at the end. You do not have to be eligible for Medicare Part D in order to take the quiz and earn your coupon. I believe there is a limit of one coupon per card. I just printed mine, and the expiration date is 11/17.
