One of the ways that I stay up-to-date on the best deals out there is being a part of some coupon communities. The frugal blogosphere is one community, but if you stop there, you're going to be missing out on the sharing that goes on in a forum-type site. (Just in case you're not sure, forums are sites where everyone can post information, not the just the site owners. Forums end up being conversations.)
One of the best forum-driven sites is A Full Cup. On their site, you can find forums dedicated to specific stores (drugstores, chain stores, grocery stores). People post great deals that they find, and then you can take advantage of them too.
The other coupon community that I recommend is Hot Coupon World. Their site has some forum areas too, but they also have a Coupon Database that is priceless. You can enter any product name and see all of the coupons that are available for the product.
I highly recommend registering for both. They're totally FREE, and you'll probably end up saving lots of money!
