One thing I'm learning about frugal shopping is that I don't have to come out with a cartload of merchandise to get a good deal. Sometimes getting a few items at a time means saving WAY more than if I try to put together complex scenarios. That was the case today. Here's how I paid next-to-nothing for these items.
