I haven't been very motivated to cook lately, and it's added some stress to our dinnertime routine. So I have to get back into the swing of it this week! Here's my plan.
Monday:
Crock Pot Chili (recipe HERE)
Tuesday:
Chicken Quesadillas made with leftover meat from a rotisserie chicken we had Sunday night.
Corn
Wednesday:
Baked Potatoes with Chili
Thursday:
Homemade Pizza
Friday:
Southwestern Chicken Wraps
Saturday:
Leftovers
Sunday:
TBA - I have to head back to the grocery store Friday or Saturday to figure out what we'll be eating on Sunday.
I'm keeping it pretty simple and working around the days that I'll be working. I know that having a plan and sticking to it will help lower the dinnertime stress levels that we've had around here lately, so I'm really looking forward to that.
