I LOVE JC Penny's coupons! I just got an adorable sundress in the mail yesterday that I used the $10 off of a $10 purchase promo code from last week on. Retail $60, I paid $9.48 shipped :D
Wow, Amy!! That's a sweet deal! I like to use mine on their fashion jewelry. Sometimes they'll have the sets that have a necklace & matching earrings for $12-$15. I love only paying a few dollars for fun accessories. That way I can splurge on myself without really spending much!
