CVS Trip: I'd Rather Not Pay for Toilet Paper

The thing I dislike paying for most is toilet paper. Sure, we're going to buy it. But that doesn't mean that I want to spend money on it! Today's CVS trip was very helpful, as it allowed us to get a big pack for next-to-nothing.

Here's what we got today:

Merchandise Value: $32.28
Out-of-Pocket Cost: $.28 + $1.31 tax = $1.89 total
Savings: $31.70 (98%)

What I Bought:
1 CVS Brand Bath Tissue (24-pack) - $9.99
1 CVS Brand Paper Towels - $1.29
2 Right Guard Sport Active Deodorants - $1.65 each (?)
2 CoverGirl Outlast Lipgloss - $8.00 each

Coupons Used:
-$5.00 off $30.00 purchase CVS coupon received via email
-$1.00 off CVS paper towels printed at coupon machine in the store
-$2.00 off 2 Right Guard printable coupon
-$8.00 CoverGirl Buy 1 - Get 1 FREE coupon from 2/7 P&G insert
-$1.00 off CoverGirl coupon (for the one that wasn't free) from 2/7 P&G insert
-$13.00 ECBs

Extra Care Bucks Earned:
$3.00 CVS Bath Tissue
$2.00 Right Guard
$6.00 CoverGirl Outlast

Out-of-Pocket Cost: $.28 + $1.31 tax = $1.89 total
Savings: $31.70 (98%)

I came out with $2 less in ECBs, but I'm okay with that, especially considering the fact that I didn't pay much for toilet paper.

(?) The Right Guard deodorants rang up a $1.65 each. I was having a nice conversation with my cashier, and I didn't even notice it until I came home. They were advertised at $2.50. I'm not sure why they rang up less!
