My e-Qs haven't been showing up either. Are we just out of luck?

Thanks!

I don't think Cellfire lets you get both Shortcut & Cellfire discounts on the same order. Here's what it says on their (Cellfire) website:

I tried to use a Cellfire grocery coupon, but did not receive my discount. Why?

The coupon may have failed for the following reasons.
•The product(s) you purchased did not meet the terms described in the coupon details.
•The coupon had expired.
•You had other e-coupons saved to your card for the same product.

I think it's sad!

I was under the impression that you couldn't load more than one of the same e-coupon from the same place onto your card. How did you get it to do that?

Also, I thought that the e-coupons wouldn't stack with each other, so maybe that's why they didn't work? I mean, theoretically they shouldn't stack with any other manufacturer coupons, but they are aware that they do. I didn't think that e-coupons would stack for the same item.

You are not missing any I don't think. You only get ONE ecoupon (no matter what the company) taken off for each item. They never take off a cellfire AND a shortcut coupon for just one item. (Thought sometimes on my receipt it will show them both under one item and none under the second item if I got two of the same.) The computer or whatever will take off the one from whatever company that expires the soonest. So, for instance, on the Nature Valley, you bought four items. You had four cellfire coupons that DID work. That is why the ones from shortcuts didn't come off for you. You used one ecoupon per item already. HTH!

The reason you were "missing" some of the e-coupons is that Kroger only takes off one e-coupon per item and one paper coupon per item. Randall's is the only one who will take them ALL off. hth.

Thanks for the information! I really wish they'd make this whole e-coupon thing easier. *sigh* But I'll work with what we have for now. I'm just thankful that the e-coupons are available!

Anonymous -- I usually load my card with e-coupons on a regular basis. Sometimes I'll end up with two the same. One of them has an earlier expiration date. So, when they reload the e-coupon sites, you can end up with some stragglers from the month before.

Thanks again, everyone!
