My Kmart Stores are Doubling!

I got the official email from Kmart... The stores in St. Clairsville and Steubenville, Ohio are participating in a Super Double Coupon event from 4/4 through 4/10! The email also contained the details of the promo:

Manufacturer Coupons up to and including $2 Value - Doubled up to $2 no matter what the retail price of a single item is.

Limit 5 coupons per customer per day.

First 5 coupons presented will be doubled.

Participating stores only.

Amount of credit from doubling a coupon cannot exceed the current retail price of a single item.

No cash or in-store purchase credit will be awarded for any amount exceeding the retail price of the item.

Limit 1 coupon for each item purchased. Only 1 coupon will be doubled per item.

You may only purchase 4 of the same item using double coupons.

Limit 10 coupons per customer per day.

Excludes Buy One, Get One offers, Kmart Savings coupons and Kmart Store and Pharmacy coupons. Coupons do not apply to sales tax. Offer excludes products prohibited by law, including but not limited to alcohol, tobacco, and prescription medication. Not valid on non-merchandise, federal or state regulated items, prior purchases, Lands' End, Sears merchandise rung on Sears registers within Kmart and kmart.com. In the event of a return, coupon savings may be deducted from the refund. Exclusions apply. Please see store associate for details. Sears Holdings(Kmart) reserves to right to modify or cancel this program at any time.

I'm not sure why they're only doubling 5 coupons but accepting 10 per customer. In fact, I'm not sure why they say limit 5 and then limit 10 later in the fine print. This will probably vary by location. If you want to be sure, check with your customer service desk before you shop.

Let me know if your store is participating or not. Hopefully we can all work together to snag some great deals!!

My store (in Zanesville) usually does not go with the minimums. They let you use as many coupons as you have total (but no more than 5 of one particular coupon; ie diapers.) I always call first b/c it is a 40 minute drive for me and it's not worth it to just use 10 coupons.

Also, I think I've told you this, but when DH and I were first married, we lived in Steubenville, on Lovers Lane (right by the mall and KMart) :)

Have a great day!

Yea, I'm excited! I was wondering if Kmart would ever double again, and I'm happy Steubenville is participating!
Last time they said only 10 coupons per day, there wasn't a limit at all! Hopefully this is still the case!

Ive read on various blogs and other places this will be tied to your rewards card that is how they are limiting to only 5. the email I received however said nothing about it. I live in zanesville as well.
