Simple Chicken Teriyaki Spaghetti

Whenever we buy a rotisserie chicken, I try to find new ways to use the leftovers. We can usually get at least three meals from one chicken. The last rotisserie leftover meal I made may have been one of our favorites.

I started with two packs of Knorr's Teriyaki Noodles. I cooked them according to the package and added shredded rotisserie chicken during the last few minutes of cooking. Add a side of sweet corn, and you have a meal. We called it Chinese Spaghetti. Yummy!

They are on sale at Bi-Lo this week. Do you have one near you?

This is a great idea - thanks! I love to keep these little packages on hand for quick casseroles & now I have a whole new use.
